Privacy and Personal Information
Understand how your information supports your enquiry.
Who handles your information
Sichuan Panda Dudu International Travel Agency Co., Ltd. handles enquiries submitted through this website. Use the published service WeChat or email for access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of contact consent or privacy questions. Identity verification may be necessary.
What an initial enquiry collects
Your name, country or region, chosen channel and contact details allow us to reply. Product, party size, month and message explain your needs. The submission page, referring page, page title, language and time help the advisor identify where your enquiry originated. Do not enter passport, payment-card or health records in the initial form.
How we use information
Information is used to reply, compare products and follow up on travel arrangements. An enquiry is not a marketing subscription. If a booking or visa application requires identity or other special information, its purpose, scope and submission channel will be explained separately; it is not collected through the initial enquiry form.
Current storage and access
This is a local preview. Enquiries are stored in the website workspace on the external drive connected to the host computer. Viewing and exporting through the site admin requires authentication; email notifications are off by default. The LAN preview is read-only and does not expose enquiry submission or administration. Hosting, mail and other provider details will be updated before those services are enabled.
Retention and deletion
The retention target for unconverted enquiries is 12 months after the last contact. Admin includes a cleanup action; deletion is not automatic. Converted bookings follow separately confirmed business and legal requirements. Exports and copies in external-drive backups or shared folders also require management and deletion by authorised people.
Travel partners and external platforms
WhatsApp, WeChat, TikTok and Facebook handle information under their own policies when you use them. This site does not automatically read social messages or import platform forms. Where a confirmed journey requires cooperation with train, hotel, reception or visa service providers, the information needed is explained for that service.
Cookies, referral information and preferences
Admin login and comments use essential session settings; the referring page is stored temporarily in the current browser tab. First-party analytics are off by default. With consent, we collect random browser and session IDs, page paths without query strings, section impressions and clicks, active visible time and contact-button clicks. A click does not mean an adviser received an enquiry. Analytics do not record IP addresses, names, contact details, form contents or product questions. We use no advertising tracking. Raw analytics records are retained on a rolling 90-day basis for site improvements. Visitors are browser estimates, not an exact count of people. Withdraw consent in footer preferences to stop future collection; Do Not Track overrides consent. On-site product Q&A retrieves reviewed information without storing questions or sending external messages.
Minors, photographs and special information
A guardian should participate in enquiries and bookings for minors. Guest photographs and stories require permission for publication; people in product material are not presented as our own employees. Identity, health or other special information is addressed separately when needed for a specific service.
Protection and updates
The admin uses login and access checks, and the LAN preview limits accessible content. People with shared-drive access may still access files there; administrators must control the share scope. Submit information requests through the contact channels on this page. Updated 8 October 2026; changes to service configuration will be reflected here.
Journal discussion and essential cookies
When you open an article discussion, we set an essential anonymous session cookie lasting 30 days. It supports duplicate-like prevention, comments and your own moderation status; it is not used for advertising. Clearing the cookie, changing browsers or expiry prevents access through that session. Contact us for help with earlier submissions.
We store likes, an optional nickname, comments, replies, report reasons and moderation records. Comments are private until approved; approved text and nicknames become public. Use My submission status to edit or withdraw your comments. Edits are reviewed again; withdrawn comments are no longer public. Moderation records may be retained for disputes and abuse handling. Contact us for further deletion requests.
The service temporarily uses connection information in memory to limit repeated submissions. Keep passports, phone numbers, addresses and other sensitive details out of comments. Journal articles marked Editorial scenario are not real customer testimonials.
